Connecting with ourselves, our feelings, our own evolution as a human being, allows us to be more aware of what is happening inside. Then we can heal our old wounds, and process our present emotions better.
My goal is to share with you different tools to take care of yourself, heal yourself and explore who you are.
These tools, that I use myself, are resources that you can later use on your own.

What to expect when coming to a Self-Careploration Workshop ?
A routine to open and close the event: meditation, listening to each other and drawing/writing.
Then, according to the theme of the workshop (different every time): art therapy, consent or communication exercises, guided relaxation...

When my workshops are donation based or with prices on a sliding scale, I invite BIPOC people to pay less if they are confortable with it, because I care about reparations.
